Fast, faster, the fastest is the resistance measurement instrument RESISTOMAT® model 2329 from burster in measuring your test samples. Up to 50 measurements and classifications per second are possible. This trendsetting new development is ideally suitable for applications in test automats. Measurement ranges from 200,00 mW up to 200,00 kW and a resolution of up to 10 µW result in a measuring accuracy of 0.03 % rdg. For test samples, where temperature is relevant, such as samples made of Cu, Al or MS, temperature can be compensated by an external Pt100 sensor or by a fast reacting pyrometer. For the classification and selection of the test samples a quadruple limit comparator with switchable outputs is available. The integrated data logger is able to store up to 20,000 measuring values and thus enables a perfect quality assurance. Due to the RS232- and IEEE488-interfaces fully automatic test applications can be realized. And the integrated PLC-interface makes an easy integration into the production process control possible. Typical fields of application are resistance and conductivity measurements at melting fuses, airbag igniters, magnet coils for the automobile and electro industry, contact resistances with 20 mV limit, welded joints of commutators, conductor guides, meter samples in the cable industry and so on.
