The
RESISTOMAT® model 2329 from burster has now been expanded by a version where up to 6 test
samples can be plugged-in and switched over. The 4-wire channel switch can be operated
manually, via PLC with 3 bits or RS232/IEEE488. Dealing with purely ohmic test samples up
to 6 parts can be measured within 500 ms. This enables a cost saving installation of
resistance measurement test places within large-scale production fields.
Measurement ranges from 200,00 mW up to 200,00
kW and a resolution of
up to 10 µW result in a measuring accuracy of 0.04 % rdg. For test samples, where
temperature is relevant, such as samples made of copper, aluminium or brass, temperature
can be compensated by an external Pt100 sensor or by a fast reacting pyrometer. For the
classification and selection of the test samples a quadruple limit comparator with
switchable outputs is available.
The integrated data logger is able to store up to 20,000 measuring
values and thus guarantees a perfect quality assurance. Besides that a RS232-, IEEE488-
and PLC-interface enables an easy integration into fully automatic production process
controls.
The instrument has proven for resistance and conductivity measurements
at melting fuses, airbag igniters, magnet coils for the automobile and electro industry,
contact resistances with 20 mV limit, welded joints of commutators and so on.
