The proven universal calibrator DIGISTANT model 4422 from burster has now been redesigned to reach a higher accuracy for all calibration tasks for field and laboratory use. Its measuring quality has been improved significantly especially in the field of thermocouple and Pt sensor simulation which is very important to all users. The instrument is a compact calibration device for every quality assurance or service technician in order to cope with the upcoming calibration tasks efficiently and without considerable time losses.

The universal calibrator measures and simulates mA, V, W , RTDs and thermocouples. Further it is possible to perform pressure calibrations from mbar up to 200 bar by the connection of high precision pressure modules.

The DIGISTANTŽ enables a simultaneous indication of input and output values, so that i.e. measurement transmitters can be calibrated by the simulation of Pt 100 and measurement of 4-20 mA. All functions are fully controllable and configurable via the RS 232 interface. The extensive software DIGI-CAL is included in the sales volume by which individual calibration procedures can be automated via PC. According to DIN ISO 9000 the results can be documented and archived.
