With its new load cell model 8532 burster resolves the problems of all those users who fail with their efforts for a higher quality at the prices of the adequate force measurement technique.

burster’s new force measurement chain prevents for example the unchecked production of parts with impending customer complaints, as it exactly meets the demand to perform a price competitive compressive force measurement without any problems. By a 2 meter cable the load cell with the scaled measuring ranges 0…500 N up to 0…20 kN is connected to an in-line amplifier standardising the measuring signal to popular 0…10 V for each particular measuring range. This enables the user for example to dock directly to the PLC without any additional wiring including its error sources.

The industry qualified sensor is developed for compressive force applications for which an accuracy of 1 % shows sufficient. In case that the measured forces have to be indicated or evaluated, a variety of technical possibilities is available within the burster product range, starting with simple indicators, optionally as built-in or desktop instruments, up to the 2-coordinates measuring system DIGIFORCE^® for complex applications.
