We are there when you need us, even after you have bought our products. Our service team is always there to help you with any problems you may have.

 

In countries where we are represented by International Sales Partners, you are free to choose if you want to handle your service / repair matter either through our Sales Partners or directly with us. In both cases your instrument is in best hands and will be serviced / repaired only by well-experienced professionals.

In Germany you can contact our Service Engineers between 8am and 5pm on work days. If you send-in your instruments for service and repair we will first let you have a cost estimate and will only effect the service after your approval.

Professional Service Processing

If you send-in your equipment to us for servicing or repair in our factory, it could not be in better hands.

Our products are supplied with a user manual or, for sensors, installation instructions. These contain all the information you need to get the devices operating and to use them correctly.

Our understanding of customer service includes working with you to integrate our measurement technology in complex production facilities. As it is not always possible to resolve queries by phone; sometimes only a face-to-face discussion on the spot will help.

One consequence is almost never having enough time to get to grips with the often unfamiliar and complex topic of process instrumentation and its use in the field. With many years of experience, plus first rate assistance from our service team and expert Application Engineers, we can provide system-integration support for our products, plus on-site commissioning, service and repair.

 

In countries where we cooperate with an International Sales Partner these services are effected in close collaboration with our representatives.
