EXPERIENCE REPORT
Tillmann Dörnhöfer (Hardware Developer)
As part of my studies, I worked at burster for a total of 15 months - initially six months as an intern during the practical semester, after which I wrote my bachelor's thesis at the company. Immediately afterwards, I started as an embedded software developer and was able to seamlessly build on my previous projects. I have been working as a hardware developer for two years.
I particularly appreciate the pleasant working environment, the exciting products and the fact that development, production and sales all take place under one roof at burster - this promotes short communication channels and a strong team spirit. Flexible working hours and occasionally working from home are also a plus.
During my internship, I worked in development on PC software, communication tests with microcontrollers and test setups for fieldbuses. My colleagues were always helpful and enabled me to work independently with good support.
I found out about burster through a tip from my professor - and today I am glad that I chose this path.
