  The usage of the customer login is free of charge. 

  To register you will need:

  • Your email adress as user name.
  • Any password containing at least 8 characters and 2 numbers. Das Passwort muss Groß- und Kleinbuchstaben enthalten. Any password you create has to contain both upper- and lower-case characters.
  • In terms of data security, we also need your full name and the name of the company you work for.

  1. What serial number do I need?
     You´ll need the serial number of either the calibrated device or sensor. If you are looking for the calibration certificate of a measurement chain, you can also use either the device or sensor serial number.
  2. My device is build into a control cabinet. Where do I find the serial number?
     You can find the device serial number of all DIGIFORCE^® devices, if you go to menu "Basic setup" or "Info". Other devices display their serial number upon power-up.
  3. My sensor is installed inside a machine. How do I get my calibration certificate without being able to access the serial number?
     Send us an email at serviceburster.com and we will try to retrieve the calibration certificate from our archive based on customer ID, order-no. or order date.
