Precision resistors are used wherever the highest demands are placed on temperature stability, Error of tolerance and long-term stability.

Models 1164 and 1166 are available for higher loads up to 1 W.

The resistors are supplied with two terminals on the front side (suitable for installation on printed circuit boards). The precision resistors consist of low-capacitance and low-inductance wire windings made of MANGANIN®, which are moulded in small plastic cylindrical housings.

Before compensation, the resistor body is subjected to careful artificial ageing. This special process and compensation to around half the nominal tolerance guarantee long-term stability of < 0.02 % over many years.

Any resistor value is available within the specified production range.
