The calibration resistors in the 1240 series are characterised by their modern design and small mechanical dimensions. Their robustness also ensures a long durability. Calibration resistors from the 1240 series are used wherever very stable and highly accurate operating standards are required.

Typical applications include

  • wherever standard resistors are too expensive a solution
  • for the examination and calibration of resistance measuring devices
  • for tests on electrical temperature measuring devices
  • for the laboratory construction of a Wheatstone bridge
  • as a shunt resistor for precise current measurement
  • as part of the basic equipment in the research laboratory

A test report in accordance with ISO 9000 with detailed technical data is included in the scope of delivery of these premium calibration resistors.

DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate
The DAkkS calibration laboratory D-K-15141-01-00 from burster präzisionsmesstechnik gmbh & co kg is accredited and monitored by the DAkkS (Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH) in accordance with ISO 17025. It can prove its status with an accreditation certificate and is authorised to issue calibration certificates with the DAkkS logo and the DKD (German Calibration Service) logo. The content of the calibration certificates corresponds to the specifications of the DAkkS. These calibration certificates are internationally recognised by multilateral agreements.

Manufacturer calibration certificate
A Manufacturer calibration certificate can also be issued for the calibration resistors. This includes confirmation of traceability to national standards as well as a record of all measured values and their deviations.
