The USB sensor interface Series 9206 is ideal for notebook-supported, mobile use where presses, torque measuring devices, pressure control systems etc. need to be calibrated on site with high precision and traceability.
A DAkkS or Manufacturer calibration certificate can optionally be issued for the USB interface, including the sensors used, in order to fulfil the high quality requirements with regard to traceability. This means that your system can be assessed quickly and cost-effectively and the measurement results are documented in a traceable manner.
It is used in industry in the areas of quality assurance, on-site service and system monitoring.

The USB sensor interface is supplied via the USB interface of the connected PC. The excitation voltage of the sensors is generated from this. The basic and sensor settings are made at burster and stored in the USB sensor interface. Fine tuning can be carried out by the customer.
Using the DigiCal calibration software, the measurement data can be displayed in different ways and saved in a separate log or Excel file. Calibration routine management enables quick comparison of existing measurement data as well as fast and secure access to recurring calibration procedures. In addition, various START/STOP triggers can be activated.
The interface can be permanently set to a sensor by burster.
Changes to customer-specific parameters are possible using the free basic version. Connection to LabVIEW or integration into your own programmes is possible with the driver package, which is available free of charge.
