The Battery Cell Simulator is used for the examination of 2511 series battery measurement modules used in battery module installation (WE testing, BoL, EoL). Using resistance and open-circuit voltage simulation, it emulates battery cells from a wide range of technologies - for realistic and reliable test conditions.

The Battery Cell Simulator is used for the examination of battery measurement modules of the 2511 series, which are used in battery module installation (WE testing, BoL, EoL). The Battery Cell Simulator is able to emulate a battery cell of various technologies by means of a resistance and an open-circuit voltage simulation. The resistance simulation simulates the purely ohmic resistance of a cell. The resistance and voltage values can be defined from standard values as well as customised values.

To be able to examine the repeatability of a 5-channel battery measurement module model 2511, only a Battery Cell Simulator model 2500-Z100 is required.

The Battery Cell Simulator is operated via 24 VDC. The LED on the front signals the different operating states.
