8675Precision flange torque sensor

Non-contact flange torque sensor - precise, compact and easy to integrate! Measuring ranges from 100 N·m to 5000 N·m with a low linearity deviation of ≤ ±0.1 % F.S.. Flexible output signal: 0 ... ±10 V / RS 422 / USB. Can be easily integrated into existing systems thanks to its ringless design and extremely compact dimensions. Flange dimensions according to DIN standard for maximum compatibility.

The torque is detected by the torsion of the rotor using the strain gauge principle and transmitted optically without any contact. By dispensing with storage, the sensor is maintenance free, the signals are digitised directly on the shaft and made available by the stator as a voltage signal, frequency (RS422) and via USB. The direction of rotation is indicated by the potential of the output voltage; clockwise rotation corresponds to a positive output voltage, anti-clockwise rotation is negative.

The ringless design and extremely compact dimensions make the sensor easy to integrate. The flange dimensions are according to the DIN standard and are compatible with existing systems.

The rotor's characteristic data is automatically transmitted to the stator. This means that the rotor can be replaced quickly and easily if necessary.
