Process control instrumentsProcess monitoring

The monitoring of processes with precisely defined correlations of relevant measured variables is a decisive factor for modern industry. Advanced X/Y process monitoring systems can ensure production, quality assurance and safety at a high level. The real-time recording of process-relevant parameters ensures greater efficiency and productivity in automated processes, while potential errors and deviations can be detected and rectified at an early stage. Process monitoring devices from burster not only contribute to the optimisation of production processes, but also ensure compliance with high quality standards in production and are flexible in terms of connection.

Optimised process monitoring in industry

The monitoring of processes with precisely defined correlations of relevant measured variables is a decisive factor for modern industry. The use of burster X/Y process monitoring devices ensures precise monitoring and control of production processes. The aim is to increase efficiency, ensure product quality and detect faults at an early stage.

Real-time process monitoring and automation
Our process monitoring systems enable process data to be recorded in real time. Sensors integrated into systems and machines continuously record important process parameters such as force, compression, anliegend, displacement, angle or flow rate. The measured variables are recorded and analysed synchronously by the monitoring system and compared with predefined requirements. Automated monitoring allows deviations to be recognised and checked immediately, and faulty parts can be detected at an early stage. All of this helps to reduce quality costs and utilise resources more efficiently.

Process reliability in production
The burster process controllers enable the validation of each individually produced component directly in the manufacturing step of the production systems. A variety of variable evaluation elements allow different parameters to be monitored reliably. If measured variables tend towards the NOK tolerance limits, measures can be initiated at an early stage to ensure safe processes.

Applications and areas of use
X/Y process monitoring is used in a wide range of applications in all industries with the highest quality standards. In addition to a large number of applications in the automotive sector, processes in medical technology products, sensitive joining technologies, safety-relevant mechanical and electrical components such as e-mobility and battery production are also monitored. For integration into modern control platforms, the flexible process monitoring systems allow the connection of a wide range of fieldbus interfaces such as PROFINET, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP. In addition, host or host computer communication for measurement data logging can be realised via Ethernet UDP.
