As soon as display and evaluation units that are not equipped with a burster TEDS function are to be connected to your sensor, compensation is absolutely essential for correct display of measured variables or correct output scaling.

You are welcome to commission us with the compensation of sensor and indicator/measuring amplifier, for which we will provide you with a traceable compensation protocol. We are happy to consider individual adjustment requests. This means that your measuring system is immediately ready for use and you save valuable time.

If you should notice defects in one of our products or if the long-term use of our measurement technology in your production has worn out the product, we will support you with our competent repair service. Send us the product - we will repair it for you as quickly as possible.

If you have any questions about the operation of a device, we are of course at your disposal - by e-mail, on the phone or with our remote support.

QM standards require the regular calibration of your measuring and testing equipment if it is used in quality-relevant processes. The purpose of this requirement is to ensure that measurements are always correct and to control the risk of incorrect measurements. As the user, you must define test/calibration intervals. Although the following factors, for example, play a role:

  • Costs for recall and rework compared to regular calibration
  • Stress (operating time per day, mechanical stress, wear and tear)
  • Operating conditions (temperature, dirt, humidity)
  • Stability of the test equipment's measurement results based on previous calibrations (history)
  • Required measurement quality
  • Applicable standards

As a manufacturer of sensors and systems for sensor signal processing, we have many years of experience with the ageing behaviour of our products. Please refer to the following overview for our recommendations:

Calibration should be renewed after every repair, adjustment, overload or damage! Take the opportunity to examine the calibration interval after each calibration! If the measuring behaviour remains stable, the calibration interval can be extended if necessary.

Our Sensor 4.0 service offers you the possibility of accessing the important documents directly on your product via a QR code. Data sheets, operating instructions, test reports and calibration documents are available to you at any time directly on the system.
