DESCRIPTION

The patented combination of the sensor with a Goldmann three-mirror lens to create a "contact lens dynamometer" allows medical examinations of the human eye. Via the contact lens, an extremely minimal force is applied to increase the pressure inside the eye. Vascular pulsations in the eye, as a reaction to the exerted force, allow conclusions as to systemic blood pressure, orbital tissue pressure and intracranial pressure.
